REQUIREMENTS: Vacuum Clamp Kit or Vacuum Clamp Package

Our individual Remote Vacuum Pods can hold piece work with amazing strength. The vacuum source can be our  Vacuum Center Assembly sitting on an initial remote pod or your own vacuum pump (in which case you won't need the first initial pod).  Each Remote Vacuum Pod is machined from solid aluminum block to measure 4 1/2" square by  9/16" thick. They are fly cut to insure flatness and consistent thickness. Each Remote Vacuum Pod includes a sealing O ring, two quick disconnect micro-connectors,  6' of vacuum tubing and all  the screws and hardware you'll need.

We also carry the Vacuum Clamp Kit which is available with either one, two, or three remote pods or you can purchase each Remote Vacuum Pod on an individual basis. Each pod is pre-drilled for hold-down screws that can fasten them to whatever sub-strate material is appropriate for your job requirements. The pods can be used on a drill press, work-bench, CNC table or anywhere you need to work. They provide fast, efficient,  and powerful clamping capability without using traditional clamps.
