I wanted to send a note thanking you for the personal and highly informative demo at the San Mateo woodworking show. Your patience and expertise in explaining the best way to approach your sophisticated tools is refreshing and very satisfying, especially to me as a relative newcomer to woodworking.

I'm excited about my new system, and am already designing things in my mind that I would never have considered before.

Stig Lundberg - Valley Center, CA

In 2005 I brought the three-axis mill together with some stops etc. I now have the entire program, (I believe). I am writing this to tell you that I have many fine tools and machines in my shop. The Knapp 410T combination machine is the star performer. Your guides and fences together with the mill rates right there at the top with the Knapp. I find myself designing pieces that make necessary to use the Micro Fence tools. Please keep up the good work. Your loyal customer.

"I was impressed with its...accuracy."
I bought into the “Micro-fence System” four years ago starting with the edge guide which I mounted on my 1 and 2 hp Dewalt plunge routers. I was impressed with its simplicity, workmanship and above all, the accuracy it gave me for joinery as well as fine inlay work. About a year later I received a commission to design and make two tables for Rideau Hall, the residence of Canada’s Governor General. Based on the level of accuracy I was able to get with the Micro-fence, the design I developed called for a series of large and small radii as well as a very large ogee detail along the front edge. The Micro-fence radius attachment performed flawlessly, I even attached it to a box beam to achieve perfect arcs from a 12’dia. circle. The ogee (eight inches across) was “shaped” out by increasing the diameter of the radii with the Micro-fence while simultaneously dropping the cove router bit. The fine Micro-fence adjustment allowed me to cut so close to the profile line that very little clean up was required.

I have come to rely on the Micro-fence system and I now regularly design furniture that would be difficult to impossible without it. My current project, a large expanding dining table has a series of shapes created by radii that have to meet precisely, Micro-fence will do it. A new series of designs that I am working on uses the Micro-fence oval attachment, I’ll keep you posted on the outcome.

John Watkins - "Beautifully made, precise and easy to use!"
I spent last weekend experimenting with the Three-Axis Mill. My conclusion: My laminate trimmer isn't just for laminates any more! I really like having fine-grained control over the trimmer. I find that some plunge routers, don't plunge easily. The plunge bars on the Three-Axis Mill are super smooth with no slop in the mechanism. And because of the light (LED), the work piece was not shrouded by the glare of the dust collection cover as happens with other plunge bases. The addition of the light was a brilliant idea, no more guesstimating the location of the lines on the work piece. Everything worked precisely, just like I've come to appreciate in my Micro Fence. The Three-Axis Mill is beautifully made, precise, and easy to use."

David Lomas - "Satisfied Customer"
I used my Ellipse Jig the other day for the first time. I needed to make a 22.5 x 33.125 oval for a stained glass window pattern. I set it up per the instructions, and to my surprise, it worked perfectly! No trial and error or endless practicing. Just my oval. Thanks for a tool that works right the first time and every time.

Tony Devroude - "Micro Fence...the indespensable tool of the day!"
Canyon Country, Califronia

"We wish to thank Micro Fence for a tool that is a delight to own. The Micro Fence does everything you could possibly want it to do, and it does it with such accuracy and ease, that making the rib sections for our masters became a secondary routine instead of a major nightmare."

Jesse Blake - "Micro Fence worth the price!"
Snohomish, Washington

"This little gem is worth the money! After working with other guides that were less than accurate, sloppy craftsmanship, poor design, poor materials, or just plain useless, this unit was a very pleasant surprise. It came fully assembled and ready to install, which was a breeze (all of 5 min). Directions for installation were clear and concise, operation smooth and consistent. Craftsmanship, finish and fit of the mechanism was of a very high quality and of sturdy materials. They were even kind enough to include a laminated conversion chart (fraction to decimal). Just a top notch guide all around. I placed a heavy pencil line on a scap of wood and incrementally removed the line with each pass, 1/100th at a time. Very smooth. Give it a try, I think you will be pleased."

Harold R. Demmon - "Micro Fence in the professional shop."
Four Seasons Wood Works
Alameda, California

"I'm a professional mill and cabinet shop in Alameda, CA. I use the Micro Fence daily and move it between 6 routers in moments. I have made some additional wooden fences that allow the cutter to get closer to an edge than the OEM fence. The micrometer adjustment is so easy to use and allows the user to "sneak up" on a fit and completely take the guess work out of trying to get a good fit. This is an outstanding accessory for a router and well worth the cost, this tool should be in every shop."

A home improvement enthusiast - "Accurate and Easy"
San Fernando Valley, California

"This is the most accurate and easiest methods of cutting circles! Not only that, just by changing the mounting bar, you can adapt it to more than one make of router, which is also true for the edge-guide itself. Using calipers, inlay work turns out perfectly, as do many other woodworking techniques. Plus the edge-guide itself is better balanced and not as heavy as some of the other edge-guides in the market place. It is so versatile, that by buying a sub-base assembly and using my Model A mounting bar, I can even use it with my laminate trimmer! The Micro Fence may seem like a lot of money, but, believe me, it's well worth it! I think of it as an investment in fine woodworking."

Dan Folz - "Best circle cutting jig I've ever used!"
Wheaton, IL

"I've been an avid (advanced hobby) woodworker now for several years. Several times I've needed to cut holes, rounded corners, etc. In the past I've used metal templates, acrylic pcs. and other items with routers and jig saws. By far, the best jig I've used to date is the Micro Fence. It is extremely ridgid, and precise! This is not an ordinary metal tool. It is like a machinist's tool for woodworking. The things I build have tolerances in the thousandths of an inch or less. The Micro Fence has micrometer adjustments easy to use. The actual jig has stainless steel rods, black anodized AL blocks which guide the SS rods and brass thumb screws for a non-marring tighting to these rods once the radius desired is set. Don't waste your money on something else when you can spend a little more for something that will last a lifetime. Highly recommend! Thanks for looking."

Tim McKnight - Custom Guitar Artisan
Morral, OH
"I am an avid user of your Micro Fence, with the circle cutting attachment and it has rapidly become one of my favorite and trusted tools in the shop. The accuracy is repeatable, dependable, and without error. Set up is quite simple, straight forward and quick. I have used other tools in the past for rosette work but once I tried the Micro Fence the other tools went to eBay. There is absolutely no guess work involved when making a cut."
